Pickering Village Festival 1982 Commemorative Plate Circa 1841, Kingston Road East, Pickering Village, Ontario Originally built of red brick by a relative of Captain Mathews about 1841 Subsequent residents - Mr. Logan, Postmaster, 1884; James Richardson - Merchant; Mr. Kaiser - Electrician; Gordon Hepditch - Assessor. Christina St. was name for Mr. Logan's daughter. Decorated in Canada, Custom Ceramics, Stouffville, Ontario.

Pickering Village Festival 1992 Commemorative Plate 1867 - Canada's 125th Birthday - 1992 The Manse, 543 Kingston Road, built about 1872 Originally built by St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. It became the Manse, for Pickering United Church - 1925. It is presently the home and office of a young lawyer. Decorated in Canada by Creemore China & Glass, Creemore, Ontario signed by Ruby Fenton, Heritage Art.

When Pickering College was built, it became known as the "Gate House", also, - College Matron's residence. Present owners: Mr. & Mrs. Prest. Pickering Village Festival 1981 Commemorative Plate The Hermatige, (former) Pickering College Gymnasium, Kingston Road East The Society of Friends built Pickering College - 1877. Fire destroyed the college - 1905. The college gymnasium, a seperate building, was converted into a home, by Mr. E. L. Ruddy. Decorated in Canada by Creemore China & Glass, Creemore, Ont.
